What is Mudjacking?
Mudjacking is a process in which holes are drilled
through the concrete and a rock slurry is pumped through these holes, raising
the slab to a desired position.
Key Benefits
- Reduce Liability: By leveling trip hazards and getting proper
drainage of water caused by settled concrete, you can prevent foundation
damage, and eliminate accidents that may bring liability suits against you.
- Takes Hours, Not Days: Most slab leveling jobs will take only
hours, so you'll be using the area again just hours after we raise it! No
waiting for concrete to cure as in replacement (which takes usually 28
days).
- Costs Less than Replacement: Mudjacking costs approximately 1/3
to 1/2 of what it would cost to replace the concrete.
- Less Mess: There is no concrete to break up and haul away, no
forming, and no damage to surrounding lawn or shrubs.
